LOG("앱")은 로컬 중심 운동일지 앱입니다. 사용자가 입력한 운동 기록은 기기 안에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 계정·로그인이 없고 이름·이메일·연락처를 요구하지 않습니다. 다만 앱 개선을 위한 익명 사용 통계(2항), 인앱 설문에서 직접 적어 보내신 의견(3항), 광고 제공에 필요한 정보(4항)는 각 서비스 제공자가 처리합니다.
사용자가 입력한 운동 기록(부위, 운동, 세트, 중량, 횟수, 메모 등)은 기기 내부에만 로컬로 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 외부 서버나 클라우드로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 누구도 접근할 수 없습니다.
어떤 기능이 실제로 쓰이는지 파악해 앱을 개선하기 위해, 최소한의 익명 사용 통계를 Amplitude(분석 서비스)로 전송합니다.
앱은 아주 드물게(운동을 기록한 날이 5일이 된 시점에 평생 한 번) "이 앱을 못 쓰게 되면 어떨 것 같은지"를 묻습니다. 선택지 답변은 2항의 익명 통계로 전송되고, 이어지는 자유 서술 칸에 직접 적어 '보내기'를 누르신 내용은 데이터베이스 서비스 Supabase(서울 리전)에 저장됩니다.
운동 통계 화면에는 Google Mobile Ads가 제공하는 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적 위치 추정에 사용될 수 있음), 광고 및 앱 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보, 기기 또는 광고 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 언제나 비개인 맞춤 광고만 요청하며, 개인 맞춤 광고를 위한 동의를 구하지 않습니다. 광고 표시에 사용자의 동의가 필요한 지역(유럽 경제 지역·영국 등)에서는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 비개인 맞춤 광고도 빈도 제한과 집계 보고에 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 입력한 운동 기록은 광고 요청에 포함하지 않습니다. 이전 버전에서 이미 광고 동의를 선택하신 경우에는 설정 → 정보 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 동의를 다시 선택하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
데이터를 판매하지 않습니다. 2항의 익명 통계는 Amplitude가, 3항의 설문 의견은 Supabase가, 4항의 광고 관련 정보는 Google이 각 목적에 따라 처리합니다.
앱 내 "설정 → 데이터 초기화"로 모든 운동 기록을 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터와 익명 식별자가 함께 사라집니다. 이미 전송된 익명 통계나 설문 의견의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계된 서비스가 아닙니다. 적용되는 법률에 따라 광고에 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 그 외 지역에서도 제한된(비개인 맞춤) 광고 제공 방식만 사용합니다.

Workout Log ("the App") is a local-first workout-logging app. The workout records you enter stay on your device and are never sent to a server. There is no account or login, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contacts. Our providers process minimal anonymous usage statistics (section 2), any feedback you submit yourself (section 3), and information needed to serve ads (section 4).
The workout records you enter (body parts, exercises, sets, weight, reps, notes) are stored only locally on your device. They are never transmitted to any server or cloud, and no one — including the developer — can access them.
To understand which features are actually used and improve the App, we send minimal anonymous usage statistics to Amplitude (an analytics service).
Very rarely — once, ever, when you reach five days with a logged workout — the App asks how you would feel if you could no longer use it. Your multiple-choice answer goes to the anonymous statistics in section 2. If you then type something in the free-text box and tap Send, that text is stored with Supabase (a database service, Seoul region).
The workout-insights screen may display ads provided by Google Mobile Ads. Its SDK may process an IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), ad and app interactions, diagnostics and performance information, and device or advertising identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The App only ever requests non-personalized ads and does not ask for consent to personalized advertising. In regions where consent is required to show ads (such as the European Economic Area and the UK), the App does not display ads at all. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers for frequency capping and aggregated reporting. Workout records you enter are never included in ad requests. If you granted ad consent in an earlier version, you can review or withdraw it at any time from Settings → About → Ad privacy settings.
We do not sell data. The statistics in section 2 are processed by Amplitude, the feedback in section 3 by Supabase, and the advertising information in section 4 by Google for the purposes described above.
You can erase all workout records instantly via "Settings → Reset Data" in the App. Deleting the App removes all data stored on your device along with the anonymous identifier. If you would like already-sent statistics or survey feedback deleted, email us at the address below.
The App is not designed specifically for children. Where consent is required by applicable law to show ads, we do not display ads at all; elsewhere we use restricted (non-personalized) ad-serving modes only.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
